	Kontaur can be a pretty dangerous place, but it's full of pretty cool eq and some nice Realms history. Aggro guards wander the castle and the balrog camp (and there's similar mobs called beastmen in the forest). The trickiest part is Carnifex castle, which is entirely no recall.
