Description/Exam
The pelt of the fur is so silky soft to touch it feels like your hand is immersed in a cool liquid. Touching the fur seems to elicit small tingles and to someone versed in the ways of magic, its value cannot be underestimated.

Upon closer examination, the fine hairs feel soft, yet they resist any attempt to ruffle them. Instead, they seem to simply slow any physical object that makes contact with any speed or large force.
