Description/Exam

You can barely keep hold of this unorthodox weapon, which swirls and whips
all around with the slightest breeze.  Yet, it seems the hands of those who are
not evil are capable of wielding this fluttery weapon:  perhaps the will of the
tree is willing to serve such benevolent wearers.  But it's difficult, nonethe-
less.  The leaves themselves are a very pale green, with the subtlest hint of
gold along their edges and tips.  Every now and then, they fade and shimmer,
betraying their true nature, things of the world of the dead.  They must be
possessed by the spirit of the Wise-Elf Tree, which now uses its power to
bring justice to those who do wrong in the Realms of Despair.
