The Pkill Conclave oversees the proposal and implementation of improvements to the pkill system. The changes to the pkill system come from mortal population. Ideas from deadly players are posted and then all PKC members may discuss and vote on each proposal.
Any pkiller with a legitimate suggestion to enhance deadly gameplay is encouraged to contact the PKC head or one of its members to have their proposal formally submitted.
