Cervantes kneels, blade and hilt in hand, while reaching into his robes to reveal a vial of an opaque, ivory liquid.  He gently taps a few drops of the liquid onto the blade and
hilt, and raises them over his head.
Cervantes utters a prayer in an ancient elvish tongue to whatever god still listens.
The blade and hilt shift and contort and begin to emits bright, white light.  The light's intensity increases, momentarily swallowing Cervantes in its fury.
As the light clears, Cervantes raises up, a gleaming silver longsword in hand.
Cervantes says 'It was as I suspected.  The ancient Gods have witnessed your acts of courage in the face of evil and have decided to reward you.'
Cervantes gives you Faelwrath.
Cervantes bows before you.
Cervantes says 'May it serve you well.'
