Description/Exam

Growth plates scar the surface of these horns with small ridges that
grow steadily smoother toward their sharp points. The rough, bony texture
of the tusks are enough to chafe the skin by merely brushing against them.
A faint, and decidedly evil, blue glow throbs from the very tips of the
horns, leaving little doubt that they were created by some foul magicks.
