Having lived alongside spiders for centuries, the Drow have
developed a means to spin a web of their own which they can
use to trap unwary travellers in place to allow the Drow to
run or flee as needed. The web secretes a toxin that will
also render the victim more susceptible to poison. Using this
skill will take up some movement points from the user.

• Costs 50 moves, Gives target: +33 Armor Class, +10% Suscept Poison, Held in Place (No Flee, or Movement) for 4 rounds.

• Success Message: You feel a bit sluggish...
  You move around quickly, spinning your web around <target>.

• Fail Message: You feel a bit sliggish...
  You attempt to spin your web around the thief, but are unsuccessful.
• Wearoff Message: The web about you crumbles, leaving you free to move once again.
