This trident is made from a material made by the Gods.  The prongs are
dangerously sharp and the staff strong and sure.  This is truly a fine
weapon.

T'kul is located behind the throne of King Neptune. The key to unlock throne comes from searching after killing Maerdei at the end of the lamprey/eel cave. After dispatching T'kul, search to find the Trident. Also do no forget to grab the coins out of the chest in his room!
