From a very young age, Fathomers learn to catch fish wherever there is a suitable body of water.

Information

As the help file indicates this skill requires the player to be in a "water" room.  If successful it will 
result in a small fish being caught.  The fish requires cooking in order to be eaten or else it will 
poison the fathomer.
