Discern allows an augurer to see into other rooms, as well as to consider the strength of an opponent at a distance. 

Notes

Augurer's innate skill. It's basically a scan limited to a one room distance (only adiacent rooms). If the <opponent> option is used, it perform a consider command on the designated opponent at a distance.
