Description

Unwilling to let go of its mortal existance, this councilor of the ancient
city still lingers in its chamber.  This member of the R'Gara was the
one who took the mortal requests before the gods themselves, sitting up
for many nights on end, legends have it, awaiting them to appear with their
responses.  Now, this being awaits mortals who never shall appear before
it again.
