Find the smith (the weaponsmith of legend) in The Frigid Wastelands shifting maze in The Keep of Mahn-Tor. Despite being isolated from the rest of the area, his two rooms are technically in Realm of Worship.

The Weaponsmith says 'Greetings Playername.  If you have brought the Hilt, Blade and Guard of Legends, I can use them to 
   fashion the Sword of Legends, a blade containing the power of purity and righteousness.  Simply give me the Hilt.
