Description

The young man behind the cart gives you a cheerful smile. He appears almost
too young to be running a business in the harsh borders of the desert. He looks
at you almost expectingly, hoping you know something, hoping not to have to 
divulge the secret he holds.

Notes

It's a private room, only one person can be in there at a time.

Every month or so, the gods see fit to give Kaerell a few pieces of anklewear. To check if he has any, give 10 coins kaerell. He will either tell you that he has none or make a show of putting them amongst his wares, in which case the next time you type list you will be able to buy them. You can neither check for them nor purchase them if you have any on your person.
