Description

Imprisoned for stealing a loaf of bread to feed his family, Mioras is one of
the oldest living prisoners in the facility. Only able to speak in a raspy
whisper, his vocal cords long ago ruined from his constant screams of pain,
he is generally left alone by the guards. Without being able to hear him shriek
in pain, the guards have moved on to other victims.
