Powerful runes are engraved on the surface of this soft blue cloth. When one 
begins to pray with the fabric wrapped around their arms, the power of the 
prayer is magnified to fantastic proportions. Years ago, in an attempt to pull
his daughter back into the realms of light, the Great Celestial Dragon bestowed
this holy relic upon his most devout disciples. The disciples prayed day and 
night, for weeks and months, begging the Goddess to return to light. Then
