Description

Smelling of rotted fish an emaciated creature sniffs at your feet. Sickly
looking and drawn of face, its greyish hued skin shows that it hasn't seen the
sunlight in a long while. While resembling a halfling, there is little else to
distinguish it as one of the shire folk.
