Level 2

You've made it past the tutorial area! As you hurtled at amazing speed, somehow you stopped before completely splatting yourself upon the academy floor like a bug. Your current location is the robed figure. You'll find a mostly-complete set of equipment in the beginning caged mobs to the east. (After a short transprog) Be sure to take a look at the first mob following the trans, he'll have some neat items for you if you use the correct command. This includes a starting container, some healing potions, and a recall scroll. Further preperations for adventuring will require you to be more ambitious and visit Market Street in Darkhaven.

I usually start this level by going up, north, and three east to the Famed Darkhaven Square. Northwest or Northeast usually have some player-run bots that can give you some excellent levelling spells. (Typically the command to request these is saying "all" but not always!) After you've grabbed sanctuary and the rest, it's time to head back to the academy to begin some exploring. If you head south of the robed figure, you'll find a rabid ferret who has a neat ring for increasing constitution.

If you find yourself lacking in any stat (Aside from charisma) after a full set of cage gear and a full set of spells and blessing of thoric, you may wish to chat for some equipment advice. There are some low level items that are a little above your ability to attain at level two that would help to fill the gaps.

If you're looking to rapidly level, make sure you have sanctuary and elemental shields and head towards the were-rat. The shields should be enough to make quick work of any mobs, and catapult you towards Level 3.

Mobs to avoid: Dragonflies. Those terrible fucking dragonflies.
