All around the world, players will be able to find letter tiles with a specific letter on it. The goal is to create a word or phrase out of the letters. The word or phrase must be "Winter themed" and must be associated or related to the winter season. Sentences are not permitted, just words or phrases. You can insert spaces or punctuation for free as needed. Hint: sometimes the tiles will appear in rooms that can't be teleported to. Letters will be created automatically as the event progreses. The immortals will serve as judges, and will collectively decide on whether your submission fits the definition of "Winter theme" or not. Only one submission per player - can't use multiple characters or multiple words. To submit your word or phrase, contact Gonnil or another participating immortal. You will tell us your word or phrase, and give us the letters to match it. Letters are tradeable, sellable, and auctionable, and will save over reboot for the duration of the event, but please note that all letter tiles will be removed from the world after the quest ends. Players will be ranked by how high their word score is according to the official Scrabble letter score counting method, and will be awarded based on your score compared to others.

---------------------------------------------------------- Announcements for the Ardent Adventurer ---------------------------------------------------------- ( #) (Poster) (Date) (Subject) ( 1) Gonnil 2026-01-02 16:09:36 Winter Scrabble Word Finding Contest - Prize List Prizes will be awarded to the top 20 players based on Scrabble score, with the highest player choosing first, then the second highest choosing next, etc. Glory will also be awarded accordingly. - Level 1 of any race and class that is currently in game. - Get a permanent custom wear echo on any item of your choice, to display to the room when one specific character of your choice wears it. - A one-time change of your character's rank until our next major event. - One title change that can be max of 200 characters instead of the default. - Two potions of accelerated learning, granting a temporary 2x exp bonus. - One free opening to Tumult in the room of your choice for 5 hours. - +20 mana and -1 damroll applied to any item that can be worn on head. - +1 constitution and -1 hitroll to any item that can be worn on arms. - A free sector change to any house or apartment room. (help housing glory) - +5 base mana to the character of your choice. - +3 to any stat and -3 to any stat on a character of your choice (max 18). - +3% resistance of blunt, pierce, or slash to any item worn as shield. - +3% resistance of fire, cold, or drain to any item worn around neck. - Item: malice and cruelty of Shadar Logoth. - All members of your organization get a 2% bonus to all experience gained until Gonnil's next major event. - "Bladesinger training."
