Description

The Lower Blacksmith has a hint of a scowl on his face as he hammers his 
latest creation into submission.  His arms are a virtual blur, and you see
that he has a hammer in each hand!

The lower blacksmith appears to be between level 35 and 40.
The lower blacksmith looks like a Dwarf, and follows the ways of the warrior.

He's a blacksmith, so he can repair your equipment. He has about the same time window of the others, but his prices are the lowest of all Mithril Hall: about 9% less than Orun's.
