Description

This grubby fellow seems to have fallen on hard times. His topcoat is smeared
with grease and dirt, probably from sleeping in it every night. His top hat
has a light dusting of ash on it, as do his faded threadbare trousers. The
soles of his shoes have long since given up holding on to the uppers and a few
of his toes are visible through holes in his socks. Whatever job this man has,
it doesn't seem to be paying him very well.
