Part of the Fallohide Riding Gear Equipment set. This item is fun to attain as it requires one to head to Morgul Vale. Once there you must save Frodo, and then listen to what is told to you, it's pretty straight forward and well worth the effort.
The young halfling is Frodo. He looks at you then looks relieved to see you here. The halfling prisoner says to you 'I can't escape until both orc captains, Gorbag and Shagrat are dead or gone. Please kill them if you can.'
