Description/Exam

Made from what appears to be leaves and tree bark and then sewn into a light
green fabric, this cloak looks to be able to make it wearer almost invisible.
Though not a great cloak to protect one from the elements, it can certainly
do a great job at protecting someone from being seen.

Notes

This item is used to manufacture the platinum chained mantle of O'laski. Eventhough you can obtain this in either Western Trade Route or Eastern Trade Route, augurer's divination spell shows it to be from Eastern Trade Route.

The aura of the green cloak of the highwayman seems to fit in here.
