Due to the high heat of the summer, the following mobs have seen their 
hit points decreased by 10%:
 
Black Rose
Jelincth
Golgonooza, the Divine General
Lai Shan
Khisanthal, the black dragon

This decrease will last until July 31st, 2018.

In addition, these mobs now have a chance on death to give an unusual,
puzzling item... which may be worthwhile to figure out.  In fact,
the first 5 players to figure it out will receive an extra reward.
