Description

Dressed in a variety of colourful scarves and a long flowing shirt, Agriwia
prefers the life of travelling. Quite elderly, with long grey hair tied back
in a ponytail and many lines upon her face, her mind is still as sharp as it
was many decades ago. She is always on the lookout for rare and unique items
to sell to anyone who passes by her old wagon.

Agriwia says 'Throughout my travels, I have acquired two items that I have not seen sold elsewhere. They are a flying broom and a treasure map. Be sure to  ask me about the item before buying it so I can tell you of its qualities.'

Agriwia looks you over, sizing you up.
Agriwia says 'You seem to be of a sturdy lot, you might just be the one to actually find it. I will give the map for only 200,000 gold, hand me the coins  and it's yours.'
