Description
The little man has an amazing amount of energy. There doesn't seem to be a single moment when he is not fixing this or arranging that. Cooper is the founder of this lonely outpost, he says he came out here as a young boy and fell in love with the quiet. As an adult he returned here to get away from what he calls the "busy people" found in larger cities, the kind that just can not seem to do much better than belittle the other folks around them.
