Watch your spells and health, and hit when possible. The Alluvrian Horror has some big breath attacks and bashes, so make sure at least one hitter can rescue the tank if the tank gets into trouble. The Horror has a very large amount of HP and heals, so make sure everyone is hitting him whenever possible. The fight is pretty straightforward until the end. When the Horror is at DYING health, he'll start spamming Caustic Fount (about four to five per round) on random targets nearly every single round and his heal progs pick up their frequency. If you do not manage to kill the Horror, he'll wander around the area rather than stay tucked away in his lair. However, he tends to go to sleep when he's badly damaged and isn't fighting.
