Description
This elderly lizardman has retired from his service as an officer. He was obviously once quite large and strong, but you see that he squints now from his failing eyesight, and has lost the extreme physical conditioning displayed by the current officers.

Notes
While he does not drop any items, there is a small pot of wax in the room with him that you are unable to pick up until you kill him. There's also usually a short stub of a candle beneath the pot of wax that you can take without killing him.
He can make a few items for you if you have the right ingredients.
