  • Syntax: cuff <target>
  • Success message: You cuff <target> upside the head, sending it reeling.
  • Failure message: Your cuff barely parts <target>'s hair, pulling you off balance.

Help File

By using this skill, a fighting character can
successfully land a cuffing blow to his primary
opponent. Damage done to the victim is variable
but not dependent on the level of the user.

NOTE: This skill may be used to start fights
so should not be used on your fellow players
unless under pkill conditions.
