Description/Exam

Fashioned from a large fragment of a section of shell blasted from a giant 
clam, the outer carapace is very strong, capable of deflecting many types of
weaponry. The exterior is a drab greyish green, yet the inside has whorls of
shimmering pastel colours, smoothed over the years by the movement of the clam
inside it's shell. It appears to have a lacquered finish, a shiny coating which
makes the light dance on the iridescent internal layer.
