This spell improves the to-hit roll and saving throw versus spell of the target character.
Information
This spell simply raises your hitroll and save vs spell. The amount depends on the level of the caster - it starts at +1 HR, then +2 at level 25 and +3 if the caster is an level 50 (the same is probably true of the save vs spell, but in negative points). If you have minor invocation cast on you it will replace bless, and vice versa.
