Description/Exam

The Helm of Brutality was created by the wizard Narduk'lak as a means of 
demonstrating to his students the uselessness of force. He was quoted as
saying, "Brutality breeds stupidity", and when faced with a student that
was want to resort in force over wits, he would have them don the helm
for the remainder of their tutelage. The helm was lost during the great
uprising.
