Description/Exam

The rounded oval circle that makes up the top portion of the altar has been
damaged in the fall from its previous placement. A large crack runs across the
base of the section, where it was once attached to another, larger portion of
the altar.

Found by searching in the room "Before the Desecrated Temple of Nae'trelle". Connects to the base of a large, broken altar to form the weathered and beaten altar of Nae'trelle
