Aqua breath

• Syntax: cast 'aqua breath' <target>
• Casting message: Your lungs take on the ability to breathe water...
• Expiration message: Your lungs revert to their original state.

Aqua breath grants the ability to breathe underwater.
Underwater travel for all races, except Sea-Elves,
requires aqua breath or the caster will suffer massive
damage that will quickly lead to death.
