This man is flamboyantly dressed. Colourful and eye-catching, much like a carnival barker or even a clown, he draws attention to himself to increase sales. He is quite a well-travelled gnome, aged from this life of bringing his odd items from odd parts of the world to these places where he can sell them at a profit.
