Information

Infernal Wrath increases your DR for a short period of time. The bonus begins at 1, increases to 2 at 14+ CHA, and lasts as many rounds as your CHA.

Acquisition

Head to The Tower of Despair. Go east from the Demi-Lich and search in The Library until you find "A dusty tome entitled 'pseudomonarchia daemonum'", then examine it.
