How to get into the Catecombs
-Head over to the Cathedral of Light. Go around the Quadrangle, then head all north until you see a fountain and a locked door west.
-You can doorbash, broach, pick lock, or pass door through here. (the key for this door is can be searched for in the garden after pulling the cork from the
tub in the Edificum Caritas)
-Move west, then open panel and head north. You should be in a room with a fire and a pedestal.
-Type get crystal pedestal and don't look at it unless you want to be blinded for a couple of rounds.
-Head back out to the fountain, then go all south and type put crystal hole.
-An exit should open up to the south, so head south and watch yourself "fall" into the Catacombs.
-There are wandering aggro mutilated and decomposing corpses, so avoid wandering blindly if possible

Rescuing Jehla
-Talk to Sister Julina, say "I will help you"
-Jehla will then spawn in a random tomb
-Jehla will not follow evil aligned characters

-Give aquabreath to Jehla before leading her through the well or else she will drown
-You can find an aquabreath salve (patch of moss) laying in one of the tombs
-Can only do this quest once
-Lead her up to Julina for some experience and this potion:
Object 'a potion of brilliant white' is infused with your magic...
It is a level 35 potion, weight 1.
Special properties: glow
This potion has a gold value of 22000.

Area Information

Description

Within sight of the western most city of light lies the
resting place for many who died in the last battle before the
Shattering. A great tomb was constructed, by order of Duke
Luther, so that those who died could be buried in a style
befitting their service to the Realm. Upon the site of this
tomb, a branch of the Sisters of Light were charged with the
duty of overseeing its protection and upkeep. To this end
they built a cathedral devoted to the Light they worshiped,
and to those that fell in battle to preserve it.

It's been rumoured, however, that the rationale for entombing
the remains of the fallen was less than noble. Some claim that
many of the dead rose up after the Shattering, cursed in the
last moments of their life by the deity slayer named Pseulak.
Strange tales have surfaced regarding trapped caskets and
hidden tombs, where the dead have arisen from their sleep.
Whether it be a folktale, as most believe, or the twisted
truth, the Haven of Everlasting Light is a memorial to a time
long past, but not forgotten.
