Wisteria is a druidic spell that invokes a mass of vines
to surround an enemy. A successful casting will
cause the target to be slowed down significantly
as well as hindering his/her ability to protect himself/
herself from attack.

This spell increases the enemy's armor class and lowers their dexterity.
