Half-elves hold within them the benefits of both the elves and the
human races. One recently discovered ability enables them to draw
upon their magical Elven nature and challenge fate itself. Alas,
once a Half-Elf calls upon chance to improve their luck, the
results may not be undone until the affect wears off. 

Information

• Effect: Applies between -3 and +3 Luck for 150 rounds that can only be removed by Death.
• Success Message (You): You tempt fate, allowing chance to affect your luck.
• Success Message (Others): Alysa tempts fate, allowing chance to affect her luck.
• Fail Message (You): You try to tempt fate, but luck is not on your side.
• Fail Message (Others): Alysa tries to tempt fate, but luck is not on her side.
• Wearoff: You feel a change in your luck as your ability to affect chance returns to normal.
