General
Description
The eternal wanderer is before you. His clothes are threadbare and his boots weathered, yet his eyes possess the light of youth. He goes throughout the world now always wandering, never tarrying.

Notes
Fharlangan wanders and teleports. He repops in Moria though, in a small passage just before the tarrasque. Try summoning him in different geos and attack him quickly before he teleports again.
