Information
It costs 70 mana points and follows these limitations:
- <target> must not be more than 14 levels above the caster and must be able to carry the weight
- <object> must not be flagged as "nodrop"
- the usual rules from astral disruption and planar spells
After a successful casting it also performs a save command on both caster and target.
