A spell which helps reveal the location or bearer of
objects with the given name. Beware that such power may
exact a mental toll on the caster, especially when
locating numerous items, and recovery may take some
time. Also note that not all objects may be revealed.

Information

Locate object is a spell that lists all occurences of an object within the realms, and tells you where they are/who holds them. Using this spell to locate an object that there is a high quantity of in the realms can mess up your mental state because of the flood of information. The lower the quantity, and the higher the caster's intelligence and wisdom, the less your mental state will be messed up.

This spell will not list objects that are:

• flagged as 'nolocate'
• in a room flagged as 'nolocate' (for example any organization's storage room)
• carried by a mob flagged as 'nolocate'
• carried by an immortal
• not visible to the caster. This includes hidden and buried objects, but also invisible objects when you are not affected by detect invis as well as everything held in a container with such qualities or by mobs mobinvis to the caster.

Locate object is often referred to simply as 'locate', e.g. "Locate gold makes you go crazy."
