Description

The body of the diving beetle is shiny black, with a yellow rim. It is oval in
shape, and his back legs are a bristly yellow. The diving beetle grabs a bubble
of air on its butt and dives to the bottom, grubbing about there among the 
insect larvae and whatnot until the bubble is gone, at which point it returns
to the surface for another one. The bubble extends up and under the beetles
wing coverings, so there is more air there than it would seem.
