Description

Brought forth from a dimensional plane of chaos, Voinar was subdued and 
set in this chamber to pass along his powerful knowledge of spellcraft.  
Dressed in the robes of his order, the Fai'Tok, he stands as an example of one 
of his world's finest.  His eyes shine with a glint of both bemusement at the 
beginners he sees and rage at being held to teach them.

This mob is only accessible to the Mage class and cannot be attacked. He will cast dragon wit upon the mage when looked upon and will give a pouch of the ethereal stuffed with an anti-death elixir x2 and a scroll of escape when a level 5 or lower says 'Bestow' to him.
