Like her father, Kalerd despises the night loving vampire and revels in
their destruction and sacrifice in her name. She tolerates the use of
spells and thievery so long as they are not used to harm her beloved pixies.

KALERD
Long ago, as the land was filled with the warmth of Z'hyal,
a being came from this heat and rose up to the heavens.
She became known as Kalerd, the daughter of the sun god and
ruler over the summer. War broke out between her and Tirebaen
as he realized he could not destroy her. All of the gods
joined in this war, its fever being reached many years ago. As
Kalerd was wounded and unable to stop Tirebaen's onslaught on
the mortals she loved and the land she ruled, Sil-Galith and
her father stepped in, one creating a large range of mountains
to stop the coming freeze of the land, and the other scorching
the land around it. Kalerd regained her strength and drove
Tirebaen back with all the power and determination that her
father had given her, and that she in turn expects from the
mortals she loves.
