If you can, portal to librarian and walk 2e, 3s, 2u, n, open n, n, open n, n, open n, 2n. The alternative is to walk to the High Tower of Sorcery through the small shifting maze and work your way to the top of the tower fighting the golems. Using a planar spell is a much easier way.

Description

She looks quite comfortable on her emerald throne. Amazingly young and
pretty for one of such stature in the guild, no doubt she has kept her
youthful appearance through the use of strong magics.

Notes

She's pretty easy, although soloing her can be difficult for a weaker character. She has a fight prog that casts a few spells including weaken, so if this could cause you trouble then get ogre might beforehand to counter it. She also casts energy drain during the fight.
